IT Support

Responsibilities: (Part time basis)

Hardware and Software Support:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues for end-users.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications.

Network Support:
Maintain and troubleshoot the organization's local area network (LAN).
Assist in the configuration and management of routers, switches, and other networking equipment.

Data Backup and Recovery:
Implement and monitor data backup procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of critical data.
Develop and execute data recovery plans in the event of system failures.

Data Security:
Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data.
Stay current with the latest cyber security threats and technologies to proactively address potential risks.

Maintenance of Hospital Software:
Manage and maintain Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), Tally, and other relevant software applications.
Collaborate with software vendors to ensure timely updates and patches.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with hospital-related software such as HMIS and Tally.
Experience in data backup, recovery, and security.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with end-users and team members.
Availability for part-time work during specified hours.
